[Remote] Consultant Relations - Eastern Region

The role involves building relationships with benefits consultants and supporting sales efforts while educating them on reputed company’s products and value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with benefits consultants and brokers across the U.S., identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships
• reputed company a deep understanding of reputed company’s product, reputed company, and roadmap in order to identify effective ways to reputed company consultants on this information
• Serve as a feedback reputed company to reputed company teams such as marketing, product, etc. to answer questions coming from the consultant community
• Partner with the sales team to build strategic plans and support their prospecting efforts leveraging your consultant relationships
• Work closely with sales to support opportunities they reputed company and work with consultants to reputed company leads from their reputed company reputed company
• Work closely with the rest of reputed company to reputed company creative new reputed company, reputed company best practices, and increase the efficiency of reputed company

Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a benefits consultant or in a role that sells to benefits consultants
• Strong experience in a reputed company Benefits, Benefits Consulting, or a Confirming/Brokerage Firm
• Strong communication skills, intellectually curious, and passionate about supporting employees' overall wellbeing, with a reputed company understanding that financial wellbeing is a critical reputed company of total wellbeing
• The ability to ruthlessly prioritize and work in a rapidly changing environment
