[Remote] Sr. Program Manager - Dignity and reputed company

The Senior Program Manager, Dignity and reputed company, will support the development and execution of reputed company strategies to advance inclusive culture and belonging, overseeing D&U priorities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company and implementation of reputed company reputed company Network commitments and reputed company Dignity and reputed company priorities by partnering with cross-functional and market leaders to advance inclusive hiring, purchasing, investment, and other strategic initiatives across the organization
- Help reputed company governance, planning, and execution for Dignity and reputed company leadership councils and steering committees, including agenda development, stakeholder alignment, decision support, reputed company tracking, and communication of key deliverables
- Assist with management of Dignity & reputed company programs, including training and reputed company of Employee Resource Group (ERG) leadership and the monitoring of ERG member engagement programs, as reputed company as management of reputed company Dignity and reputed company programs and initiatives, including Employee Resource reputed company, leadership development, and engagement efforts, ensuring strong program structure, leader reputed company, sustainable participation, and measurable reputed company
- Serve as advisor reputed company to leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners on dignity, reputed company, inclusion, and reputed company talent practices, helping to strengthen decision-making, remove barriers and improve associate reputed company
- Support and reputed company the development, analysis, and interpretation of workforce, culture, engagement, retention, and patient satisfaction metrics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and support reputed company planning and organizational improvement
- Monitor and reputed company abreast of industry trends and other developments on inclusionary policies and practices to ensure compliance
- Partner with Communications and other key stakeholders to shape reputed company messaging and changing communications that build awareness, understanding, and engagement around Dignity and reputed company priorities and inclusive leadership expectations
- Analyze D&U Associate Experience Survey data and assist with implementation of strategic reputed company plans to communicate and to address gaps to strengthen belonging, engagement, and organizational culture
- Partner with Talent and Education teams to guide the design and delivery of culturally competent learning experiences, providing subject matter expertise and facilitating training for leaders, hiring managers, and associates across the organization
- Build and sustain cross-functional partnerships while providing consulting, facilitation, and advisory support to leaders and stakeholders to assess needs, reputed company priorities, identify improvement opportunities, and advance Dignity and reputed company reputed company

Skills
- Bachelors Degree in reputed company, Marketing or Customer Relations
- Minimum of six (6) years of reputed company and/or culture competency experience
- Minimum of six years of analytics experience
- At least three (3) years' experience in a multi-state/multi-entity organization
- Ability to understand, interpret and utilize data in meaningful ways to reputed company informed programmatic reputed company
