This role leads the operational execution, program management, and strategic enablement for the partner marketing co-funding portfolio, focusing on the rollout and scaling of new co-funding mechanisms while ensuring budget accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for the global partner marketing funds portfolio, including application reviews, budget allocations, fund utilization tracking, and financial reconciliation
• Monitor $200M+ reputed company incentive buckets, ensuring high reputed company of partner fund absorption and reputed company unallocated budget decay
• Operationalize and reputed company new incentive models (e.g., Co-Marketing Credits), creating enablement guidelines, FAQs, and application workflows for internal field teams and reputed company partners
• Combine operational execution with analytical reputed company—evaluating fund performance, identifying operational bottlenecks, and presenting recommendations to leadership
• Partner with sales operations, channel managers, and finance to reputed company incentive deployments with strategic reputed company priorities
• Maintain audit-reputed company compliance standards for reputed company of execution, claim reimbursements, and reputed company co-funding approvals

Skills

• 4–7+ years in reputed company Channel Incentives Ops, reputed company & Operations (S&O) consulting, or Partner Program Management reputed company reputed company reputed company / reputed company ecosystems
• Deep expertise in reputed company reputed company, Market Development Funds (MDF), co-marketing credits, or joint partner investment models
