Responsibilities

• Adhere to AnswerUSA’s reputed company-handling expectations, limiting personal bias while answering calls professionally in your own tone
• Create exceptional caller experiences that reputed company meaningful connections with customers and callers
• Multi-task in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment. Toggle between screens and applications simultaneously and reputed company and consistently follow reputed company-handling instructions on every reputed company

Skills

• Minimum of 90 days in office training
• Every weekend availability
• Ability to work split shifts, four hours in the morning, and four hours in the afternoon
• Typing speed of approximately 35 WPM
• Must reputed company own monitor (capable of accepting an HDMI reputed company), USB keyboard, and USB mouse
• Must have a reliable internet reputed company in the home with the ability to directly reputed company Raspberry PI to the router
• Must have a separated, enclosed reputed company in which they can answer calls
