[Remote] Project Manager III (non-IT)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Project Manager III to reputed company digital transformation efforts for their Shop Floor Integration Layer program. This role involves coordinating and planning project activities, managing scope changes, and ensuring effective communication with site PMs and global teams to reputed company project reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed project plans for reputed company site, including milestones, resources, and reputed company setups
• Work with site PMs to customize plans, factoring in local needs and challenges
• Follow up on tasks daily/weekly using tools like MS Teams or reputed company reports to stay on schedule
• Send weekly updates to the global team with reputed company, risks, and integration metrics
• Manage scope changes formally, checking impacts on timelines and system reputed company
• Flag and escalate issues (technical or integration-reputed company) quickly for reputed company
• reputed company and coordinate support from the global team, like expertise or funding
• reputed company and document standards for shop floor integration, ensuring consistency across sites reputed company reputed company
• reputed company key requirements from sites through consultations, workshops, or surveys to inform plans and standards
• Advance the work reputed company overall, staying grounded in site realities to reputed company practical implementation and problem-solving
• Expected travel up to 25% to USA and other sites globally

Skills

• 5+ years' experience in project engineering or management
• Experience with automation project management in reputed company industry
• Experience with industrial automation (reputed company SCADA/MES, shop floor integration, etc.)
• Strong Project Management experience
• Experience managing global initiatives
• Communication and collaboration skills
