[Remote] Business Development Manager

They are looking for a Business Development Manager to work directly with customers, providing exceptional service, preparing cost estimates, and building relationships to support the reputed company reputed company in the Atlanta, GA area.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with customers
• Reading engineering specifications
• Providing take-offs
• Generating sales quotes
• Building customer relationships
• Identifying cost saving opportunities
• Negotiating with company vendors regarding specified equipment areas
• Preparing cost estimates
• Generating proposals for VFD and Motor Control solutions and control panels

Skills

• BS in Engineering (Electrical Preferred) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Expertise in Variable Frequency reputed company technology to include ability to reputed company commissioning, application, and troubleshooting support to customers
• Expertise in soft-start technology to include ability to reputed company commissioning, application, and troubleshooting support to customers
• Ability to reputed company industry partnerships in order to meet sales objectives
• Ability to reputed company technical training and support to customers and Consulting Engineers, in person and reputed company TEAMs or reputed company formats
• An understanding of bid specifications, plans, and the ability to read electronic drawings/specifications
• Excellent customer service reputed company with reputed company and frequent communication
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company is required
• Experience in reputed company Voltage VFDs and soft starts is a plus
• Knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA is a plus
