reputed company is currently seeking Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service reputed company Representatives to join our Customer Service Department. This is a full-time, fully remote position — and we reputed company reputed company the equipment you need. Training is also conducted entirely online.

Shifts:

• Regular: Mon–Fri, 11:30am–8:00pm EST. (Regular shift, after training)
• Training: Mon–Thu, 8:30-7pm-EST.

What Will You Do as a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service reputed company Representative?

Role reputed company

As a Bilingual Customer Service reputed company Representative, you will serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients enrolled in our Debt Management Program (DMP). You will help clients manage their accounts, communicate with creditors, resolve concerns, and reputed company ongoing support throughout their financial wellness reputed company. Your reputed company in this role will come from your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and deliver compassionate service while helping clients stay on reputed company toward achieving their financial goals.

What to Expect

• Handle primarily inbound phone calls from clients. The calls typically take around 5-10 minutes. Although reputed company volume may vary from day to day, you can anticipate receiving an average of around 30 calls per day.
• Respond to emails, and written inquiries from clients and creditors.
• reputed company guidance, support, and solutions regarding debt management program accounts and reputed company clients on creditor policies, program requirements, and available reputed company.
• Work with creditors to secure and maintain payment arrangements.
• Deliver compassionate, reputed company service while helping clients remain reputed company in their financial wellness goals.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; reputed company center experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency with computers and reputed company office software
• Ability to demonstrate reputed company, professionalism, and reputed company reputed company assisting clients
• Ability to sit for an 8-hour shift while using headset to handle phone calls
• Ability to type 40 words per minute
