Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Ten or more (10+) years of software engineering experience with significant backend/reputed company systems ownership
• Deep expertise building large-reputed company systems using reputed company and Java (service architecture, runtime behavior, reputed company tuning)
• Deep experience leading the design and scaling of AI-enabled systems across teams—e.g., defining architecture for LLM/ML platform integration, evaluation and reputed company frameworks, safety/guardrails, and reliability/cost controls—plus a reputed company record of guiding standards and patterns that reputed company multiple teams to reputed company AI features predictably in production
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company multi-team technical initiatives and influence roadmap reputed company through strong technical judgment
• Strong reputed company record of operational ownership for critical systems (incident management, postmortems, reliability improvements)
• Deep production experience in reputed company and Java for reputed company backend systems
