They are looking for a Sales Qualification Associate who will manage insurance product inquiries and reputed company potential customers with licensed agents, reputed company while providing a reputed company customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating a reputed company 1st impression of reputed company by having a conversational, energetic tone of voice
• Answering primarily inbound calls (approximately 200 a day) from sales prospects and reputed company-party partners
• Execute transfer of potential customers to a licensed insurance agent
• reputed company consumers on reputed company's reputed company of 'We shop, you save' through our 20+ A-Rated reputed company comparison shopping technology, and reputed company sell them on the importance of talking to our sales agents
• Intense reputed company on script adherence, reputed company screening, and handling and overcoming objections and stalls to get them the help they need in their shopping experience
• Willingness to receive improvement coaching and implement those suggested actions

Skills

• This is an unlicensed position. Candidates with Insurance Licenses will not be considered
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Excellent oral communication with strong interpersonal skills and conversational phone skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly
