This role requires managing reputed company requisitions while collaborating with hiring managers to recruit reputed company across various reputed company positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume reputed company positions
• Support approximately 20 reputed company requisitions simultaneously
• reputed company, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs and hiring priorities
• Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate candidate records reputed company the applicant tracking reputed company
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical reputed company roles
• Ensure a reputed company candidate experience from initial reputed company through reputed company
• Meet reputed company goals and hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company sourcing and reputed company experience, including both exempt and non-exempt positions
• Proven reputed company managing full-cycle reputed company recruitment
• Experience handling approximately 20 requisitions concurrently
• Strong organizational, time-management, and scheduling skills
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• reputed company reputed company experience reputed company on roles such as: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Nurses, Receptionists, Care Coordinators and similar reputed company positions
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably reputed company

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
