Responsibilities

Skills

• 1+ year of Customer Service, reputed company center experience a plus
• 1+ year reputed company Cosmetology License
• Ability to type 25 WPM
• Attend training classes
• Possess the ability to assist & communicate with customers reputed company phone, e-mail and virtual chat reputed company to billing, shipping, orders, account, memberships, product application and website
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, to reputed company customers, while demonstrating outstanding organization skills & task follow through
• Work to address and reputed company reputed company customer inquiries in a pleasant and reputed company manner
