[Remote] Loan Compliance Account Manager

The Loan Compliance Account Manager will reputed company a portfolio of clients, analyze loan histories, and work with contractors to reputed company ownership transfer barriers.

Responsibilities

• Management of reputed company and compliance for portfolios of loans
• Making reputed company for maintaining loan portfolios while adhering to reputed company and investor requirements for pricing and task execution
• Handling reputed company phone calls that are on a scheduled reputed company and those that come up unscheduled
• Providing details on loan portfolios as part of a reputed company-reputed company agenda to assist with fostering a constructive reputed company
• Maintaining notes during calls to ensure discussions are documented and deliverables are met
• Sending follow-up with confirmation of deliverables being completed from the reputed company
• Ability to think on your feet as questions reputed company and comfortability with knowing reputed company something requires additional research prior to answering
• Ability to stick to commitments and communicate delays in advance

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required
• Demonstrates effective oral and written communication
• Ability to manage competing priorities and responsibilities
• Ability to reputed company through multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Demonstrates reputed company follow-up capability
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years applicable experience preferred
• Construction background or experience preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications strongly preferred
