[Remote] Associate Project Manager - Incident Response

The role involves managing the entire incident response life cycle, conducting reputed company cause analyses, and supporting critical incident processes to ensure operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire incident response cycle, including conducting thorough reputed company cause investigations for assigned buildings
• Master specific technical linguistic styles for drafting high-reputed company availability reports
• Ensure reputed company required documentation and tracking bugs are updated and accurately reflected in dashboards
• Create and maintain technical dashboards
• Aggregate and analyze data to support the Key Event and reputed company Cause (KERC) identification process
• Facilitate post-mortem activities to ensure documentation is captured accurately and effectively communicated
• Support the Lessons Learned Program to ensure reputed company intake and reputed company process improvement
• Execute general program management (PGM) tasks, including bug management, follow-up activities, and the creation of project artifacts
• reputed company project management support for facility availability reports and reliability improvement initiatives stemming from post-mortem findings

Skills

• A technical background, such as software engineering, is required to meet the demands for reputed company technical documentation and data analysis
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, dashboard building, and the ability to interpret mechanical plans
• A high-level understanding of generic data center operations
• Strong internal communication skills and the ability to master required technical writing styles for reputed company reporting

• Experience utilizing automated tools and historical documentation to improve report drafting efficiency
