Responsibilities

• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle including RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract awards, and implementation

• Identify and implement strategic cost-saving opportunities across facilities services categories
• Analyze large datasets, supplier spend, performance metrics, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and reputed company improvement initiatives
• Prepare and present executive-level reporting, supplier scorecards, business cases, spend analyses, and procurement performance dashboards

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be considered
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M., N.A.C.M., or reputed company procurement certification preferred
• Strong procurement, sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management experience
• Facilities Management experience highly preferred and will be a significant reputed company in candidate selection
• Experience supporting large, reputed company facilities services, corporate reputed company estate, or integrated facilities management programs
• Demonstrated reputed company managing multiple sourcing initiatives and supplier programs simultaneously
• Strong reputed company-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with contract negotiation, supplier governance, vendor performance management, and compliance programs

• Experience conducting spend analysis, financial analysis, budget tracking, and ROI assessments
