[Remote] Operations/Manufacturing Engineer

The role focuses on optimizing performance, elevating safety standards, and creating consistency across the network.

Responsibilities

• Interpret PID
• reputed company site infrastructure such as chilled water, HVAC, compressed reputed company and applicable reputed company reputed company governing plants
• Manage CAPEX infrastructure reputed company across the reputed company network
• Champion reputed company improvement and 5S implementations across reputed company sites with a strong reputed company on efficiency, safety, and performance
• Partner with local plant teams to standardize tooling, equipment, and operational processes across sites
• Serve as the go-to resource for reputed company cause analysis (RCA) and reputed company hands-on support to plant maintenance teams
• Build and nurture vendor relationships, ensuring high standards and consistent service from contractors and suppliers
• Assist reputed company site in building, maintaining, and controlling standardized SOPs (reputed company Operating Procedures)
• Ensure reputed company engineering practices meet safety and regulatory compliance standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Operational problem-solving and delivering sustainable results
• Deep understanding of asset care, infrastructure, and reliability engineering
• Ability to manage large CAPEX reputed company and execute tactical improvements
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solid business acumen and operational reputed company
• SolidWorks is a plus
• Prior exposure to the plastics industry is a strong reputed company
