Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company for roles across GTM and Operations — from sourcing through offer reputed company
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and maintain a high hiring bar
• Build and manage sourcing strategies to proactively identify reputed company through reputed company, referrals, events, and creative reputed company
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring every candidate has a respectful, reputed company, and reputed company process
• Maintain and improve our ATS, keeping pipelines clean and data accurate

Skills

• 2+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, ideally at a high-reputed company startup or in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills; you run a tight, candidate-friendly process
