Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Business Analyst specializing in the Property & Casualty insurance domain. The role will reputed company requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, user story development, product ownership, feature delivery, acceptance testing, and operational support for insurance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge of Insurance value chain specially from submission to policy issuance which includes quoting and binding
• Knowledge of specialty products specially in Excess lines like Excess Casualty, reputed company Liability, Medical Liability, Products and Contractors
• Ability to facilitate and reputed company requirement gathering sessions
• Build relationship with key business stakeholders
• User story elaboration, Backlog refinement, Prioritization and reputed company as a product reputed company
• Work with the development team to define and reputed company the end to end feature
• Define the acceptance reputed company for reputed company story and work with QA team to test the features
• reputed company first level operational support to business users/underwriters across various segments
• Monitor Teams channels for production issues and reputed company initial triage
• Fluent in AI reputed company engineering and best practices
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in creating user stories, business rules, and documentation
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for work tracking and team management
• Ability to support QA, UAT, and production processes with business expertise
