[Remote] Personal Lines Account Manager

The Personal Lines Account Manager will manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients, handling policy servicing, renewals, coverage reviews, remarketing, and day-to-day reputed company support while coordinating with clients and reputed company underwriters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for an assigned book of personal lines clients
• Service homeowners, automobile, dwelling reputed company, umbrella, flood, recreational vehicle, and other personal insurance policies
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, certificates, binders, and other reputed company requests
• Review renewals for coverage accuracy, pricing changes, discounts, and potential coverage gaps
• Remarket accounts reputed company appropriate and prepare reputed company coverage and premium comparisons
• reputed company clients about coverage reputed company, limits, deductibles, exclusions, and available enhancements
• Respond promptly and professionally to reputed company questions by phone, email, and in person

• Identify opportunities for account rounding, cross-selling, and referrals while keeping the reputed company’s needs first

Skills

• reputed company Massachusetts Property and Casualty Producer license, or the ability to obtain one reputed company one year
• Working knowledge of Massachusetts personal automobile and homeowners insurance
• Strong customer service, written communication, and telephone skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• reputed company designations such as CISR, CIC, or CPIA are a plus
• At least [2–3] years of personal lines insurance experience preferred
