The National Sales Trainer facilitates virtual, in-person, and reputed company training programs for a geographically dispersed sales force, delivers instruction on products and sales processes, and partners with leadership to identify learning needs. The role also supports training design, coaching, certification programs, learning effectiveness measurement, and training logistics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates engaging training programs across multiple delivery formats, including virtual instructor-led training (vILT), in-person sessions, and reputed company learning experiences to support a geographically dispersed sales force
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of product offerings, reputed company markets, enrollment processes and service models
• Delivers training on sales processes, product offerings, enrollment capabilities, and sales strategies to improve field performance and effectiveness
• Partners with sales leadership and training teams to identify learning needs, reputed company training objectives with business priorities, and support execution of national training strategies
• Applies adult learning principles and facilitation best practices to ensure effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement
• Supports the design, enhancement, and reputed company improvement of training programs, materials, and delivery reputed company based on feedback and performance insights
• Builds strong relationships to identify reputed company gaps, reinforce learning, and promote adoption of training initiatives
