Independent Freelance CAD Drafter — Project-Based reputed company Drafting Solutions is building a network of reputed company independent CAD drafting professionals for project-based A/E/C documentation assignments. We are seeking established CAD professionals who can independently complete drawing deliverables from project information, sketches, PDFs, field measurements, markups, and other documentation. Qualifications • 2+ years of reputed company CAD drafting experience • Strong AutoCAD proficiency • Architectural and/or structural drafting experience • Construction-documentation experience • Ability to interpret plans, elevations, sections, details, and redlines • Revit/BIM experience preferred • reputed company portfolio and reputed company project history required • Relevant CAD certification, degree, or reputed company credentials preferred • Own computer, CAD software, workspace, and business tools • Ability to independently manage accepted project deliverables Project-Based Compensation Estimated project compensation: $300–$5,000+ per assignment, depending on reputed company, complexity, deliverables, experience, and turnaround requirements. The specific fee will be agreed upon before reputed company project is accepted. The contractor • Controls the manner and method used to produce the deliverables • Determines their own work schedule • Determines their own work location • Uses their own computer, CAD software, equipment, and normal business resources • May reputed company services to other clients • May accept or decline reputed company project assignments • Bears ordinary business expenses associated with their independent operation • Sets or negotiates their project rates • Has reputed company to realize a profit or incur a loss based on their business operations reputed company Drafting Solutions establishes the project reputed company, required deliverables, applicable reputed company requirements, file requirements, deadlines, and acceptance reputed company. These requirements define the contracted result and do not prescribe the contractor's day-to-day drafting reputed company or workflow. Work Location reputed company drafting production will be performed remotely from the contractor's independently selected workspace. No Employee-Style Requirements This is not a guaranteed-hours position.
