[Remote] Executive Recruiter

The Executive Recruiter will reputed company full-cycle searches for Director, VP, and C-suite roles, advise senior leaders on talent reputed company, conduct executive market research, and manage high-touch candidate experiences through offer and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle executive searches end-to-end, from intake and role scoping through pipeline reputed company, assessment, offer negotiation, and reputed company - for Director, VP, and above roles across the entire reputed company business
• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior hiring leaders, helping shape search reputed company, reputed company candidate reputed company, and reputed company org design and talent reputed company

Skills

• * 8+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with at least 2+ years reputed company on executive hiring
• * Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical leadership roles in house
• * A reputed company record of owning searches end-to-end and closing senior leadership hires (Director, VP, C-suite)
• * Demonstrated ability to build trusted, consultative partnerships with senior stakeholders and influence their thinking

• * Experience in product-driven or design-led technology companies
