The Field reputed company Director leads people strategies for a business unit, develops Field HR Business Partners, and partners with HR centers of reputed company to reputed company strategic HR programs and services.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and execution of HR strategic initiatives in alignment with business unit strategic plan
• Strategically work with business leaders to reputed company and reputed company effective employee lifecycle planning including workforce planning, reputed company and employee development to meet reputed company and reputed company business needs and reputed company best in class HR service in support of overall company goals
• In partnership with COE leadership, identifies and prioritizes the needs of the business unit reputed company to the HR centers of reputed company (Comp, Benefits, reputed company, Development)

Skills
