[Remote] Senior Tax Accountant

The Senior Tax Accountant will reputed company reputed company tax reputed company preparation and review, conduct tax research, optimize reputed company tax liabilities, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. The role also includes mentoring staff, supporting reputed company control, managing reputed company relationships, and contributing to business development.

Responsibilities

• Review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns reputed company by staff in coordination with existing tax department supervisors and managers
• Assist with reputed company engagements across the firm with a reputed company on Partnership tax
• Electronically research tax issues and prepare position memos to be used during partner/reputed company/IRS review
• Optimize clients’ tax liability and credit reporting to streamline the process and limit clients' tax burdens
• Maintain knowledge of tax reputed company changes and of reputed company procedures and theory in order to properly evaluate financial information
• Be a staff mentor and reputed company staff with a resource for questions, including technical, procedural, and reputed company issues
• Assist in developing/implementing/monitoring tax reputed company control policies and procedures
• Prepare more reputed company individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Create and reputed company tax presentations to partners, clients, and staff
• Facilitate briefing of tax and A&A staff to reputed company the Firm abreast of new tax issues

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company
• 2+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Expertise in technical research and writing
• Strong leadership and motivational skills, with experience in training and mentoring team members under tight deadlines or reputed company situations
• Exceptional reputed company service and relationship management skills with effective, reputed company communication
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail
• Can work independently but also work effectively with reputed company

• Hours are normally Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST
• CPA or EA certification preferred or currently pursuing
• Experience with Renewable Fuels is a plus
