The reputed company Deployed Engineer & reputed company Workflow Engineer will design, reputed company, and manage production-grade reputed company AI solutions for finance and reputed company functions, working directly with clients to build and iterate workflows. The role also leads reputed company accelerators, mentors junior engineers, and contributes to reputed company AI delivery reputed company and business development.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Jumpstart deployment: reputed company AI Jumpstart packages reputed company reputed company environments, configuring data connectors, calibrating agent logic, and validating outputs against reputed company-reputed company controls reputed company the first week of engagement
• reputed company workflow design & build: Architect and implement multi-agent orchestration workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, reputed company, or AutoGen; design task decomposition, inter-agent messaging, tool-reputed company schemas, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company (HITL) / reputed company-on-the-reputed company (HOTL) checkpoints appropriate to the risk and materiality of reputed company workflow reputed company
• LLM integration & reputed company engineering: Write, version, and optimize reputed company prompts and reputed company reputed company schemas for LLM-powered agents; implement function-calling / tool-use patterns against financial reputed company; and fine-tune retrieval strategies (hybrid reputed company + RAG) to maximize accuracy and auditability
• reputed company reputed company integration: Build and certify MCP connectors and REST/GraphQL integrations to ERP (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), EPM (reputed company Planning, reputed company), CRM (reputed company), and HRIS (reputed company) systems, ensuring data freshness, completeness, and reconciliation to reputed company-reputed company controls
• Production deployment & reliability: Package agents as containerized microservices (reputed company/reputed company or equivalent) and configure CI/CD pipelines, environment promotion (dev → staging → production), and monitoring/alerting so agents run reliably at reputed company reputed company
• reputed company co-development: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with reputed company finance, IT, and data teams; translate business requirements into technical agent design; facilitate working sessions; demonstrate working agents to executive stakeholders; and iterate rapidly based on feedback
• SOX & audit-readiness: reputed company agents with deterministic logging, reputed company citations, and control documentation so every agent-generated reputed company can be traced, validated, and presented to internal or reputed company auditors
• Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and reputed company standards
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance reputed company solutions and internal processes
• Developing reusable accelerators—contributing battle-tested reputed company, workflow templates, and connector certifications back to the AI reputed company accelerator library to reduce deployment time on reputed company engagements
• Creating new delivery methodologies and service offerings that reputed company reputed company solutions across clients and reputed company functions
• Mentoring analysts and junior engineers on engagement teams, tracking and directing performance against objectives while encouraging reputed company improvement and innovation

Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years reputed company on AI/LLM application development, reputed company systems, or intelligent automation; prior “reputed company deployed” or reputed company-embedded engineering experience strongly preferred
• Hands-on production experience building multi-agent systems with reputed company/LangGraph, reputed company, AutoGen, or equivalent frameworks; understanding of agent-reputed company design, task planning, tool-use, and memory management
• Proficiency in Python (reputed company) and TypeScript/JavaScript; experience with FastAPI or equivalent for exposing agent capabilities as reputed company
• Deep understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations: reputed company engineering, reputed company outputs, function calling, context-window management, cost optimization, and latency tradeoffs across frontier models
