The Onsite reputed company Training Consultant provides on-site and remote training, implementation support, and expert advice for Auto/reputed company DMS Parts applications, helping dealership clients improve efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• reputed company engaging on-site consultation and training sessions during new installations of Auto/reputed company reputed company Software, fostering customer confidence and trust
• reputed company expert advice to dealership management on best practices for reputed company setup and software usage, ensuring compliance with business plans, industry trends, existing processes, and relevant laws
• Collaborate closely with dealership management to reputed company critical data for decision-making and reporting
• Guide customers in creating custom reports and dashboards to meet their specific reporting needs
• Ensure the successful completion of the onsite training plan by monitoring reputed company throughout the installation week

Skills

• 3-5+ years of dealership Fixed Ops experience required, including roles in dealership Parts department management
• Prior Auto/reputed company DMS experience is a plus
• Strong experience in training and presenting, both in group settings and one-on-one
• Excellent communication skills, including effective phone communication
• 2-5+ years of on-site implementation experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
