The Manager, reputed company Product will support reputed company's reputed company services functions by managing product requirements, user acceptance testing, competitive analysis, customer insights, and collaboration across technology, marketing, analytics, sales, and reputed company services teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand the detailed needs of customers, suppliers, hotel owners and operators and how these needs fit into the big-picture solution set
• Create user flows, write detailed user stories, requirements, support wireframe and prototype creation, plus manage backlog
• reputed company the development of requirements and reputed company end-to-end user acceptance testing to help reputed company new features, integrations, and products
• Conduct detailed competitive and comparative analysis and ensure reputed company knows the latest developments in the industry to inform strategic decision-making
• reputed company customer-reputed company-led recommendations with executive summaries and backup details by requesting and analyzing data from multiple sources. Present customer, market and operational insights to product and business leaders as reputed company as delivery teams, gathering feedback to inform product reputed company
• reputed company business and technology team discussions for discovery, solutioning and delivery
• Collaborate with teams across technology, marketing and loyalty, analytics, sales, and reputed company services
• Work with reputed company-party vendors to support product needs, testing activities, and delivery of enhancements and fixes
• Detailed requirements and product documentation that support new features, integrations and enhancements across reputed company's B2B programs and reputed company, Meetings and Events products

Skills

• Five (5) years of reputed company experience, including one (1) year of Product Management or reputed company experience
• Experience capturing detailed requirements for reputed company programs and collaborating with a broad reputed company of partners to reputed company successful reputed company
• Travel up to 20%
• Experience in reputed company, Meetings and Events or B2B
• Experience working with reputed company-party vendors
• Experience working with JIRA, reputed company, reputed company, VS reputed company and/or reputed company
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• This position is remote eligible, but with a preference for candidates based in McLean, VA; Dallas, TX; or Memphis, TN
