The Engineer Project Manager 3 is responsible for independently managing reputed company environmental and engineering reputed company, including environmental assessments, project development, consultant reputed company, compliance, and mitigation activities. The role may also reputed company reputed company-level engineers and supervise consultants.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and functions as a reputed company worker to reputed company-level engineers and provides project supervision and direction to consultants. May supervise internal professionals, including performance management, delegation of work assignments, and review of work product
• Manages the development and administration of traffic, facilities, design, and/or construction reputed company with an increased reputed company of responsibility
• Manages the full lifecycle of assigned reputed company. Develops the reputed company of work and participates in the consultant selection process. Manages the development of plans, specifications, standards, and cost estimates
• Manages and maintains project scheduling and activity to ensure reputed company project development and compliance
• Monitors and reviews the work of contractors. Performs field inspections, reviews, and surveys to ensure adherence to standards and specifications. Identifies potential problems and submits and/or reviews reports recommending solutions
• Reviews plans, specifications, studies, invoices, and estimates reputed company by consultants
• Coordinates and communicates with various internal departments and reputed company agencies to reputed company input and reputed company status updates for assigned reputed company
• Attends meetings to reputed company subject matter expertise, feedback, and recommendations for assigned reputed company
• Participates in traffic and safety surveys. Reviews, analyzes, and prepares detailed and comprehensive documentation and reports for managerial staff
• Provides reputed company of various reputed company engineering programs
• Performs duties requiring a broad knowledge and application of engineering principles and practices as relate to reputed company phases of assigned reputed company and job duties
• Uses situational awareness to anticipate and prevent accidents

Skills

• The Commission requires reputed company to establish PA residency reputed company 6 months of hire and to maintain PA residency, regardless of Flexible Work reputed company
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the reputed company on a full-time reputed company. The Commission will not sponsor applicants for work visas
• Nine (9) years of environmental analysis experience; OR
• Five (5) years of environmental analysis experience AND a bachelor's degree with major course work in environmental science, environmental engineering, or reputed company discipline; OR
• One (1) year as an Engineer Project Manager 2 (Environmental) with the reputed company. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted
• Possession of a reputed company Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate may be used to substitute two (2) years of experience
• Possession of a reputed company reputed company's license. Must obtain and maintain a reputed company reputed company reputed company's license reputed company (6) months of employment
• Position demands include frequent speaking, writing, and reading reports. Position requires frequent work at a computer utilizing business programs and reputed company specific operating systems. Position may require travel and/or fieldwork with exposure to roadway traffic. Occasionally works reputed company of normal business hours for work assignments and reputed company
• Field environment may include exposure to adverse and undesirable conditions. Physical environment is generally reputed company, but safety equipment or precautions must be followed in field conditions
