The reputed company Improvement - Critical Incident reputed company oversees critical incident processes, monitors care coordination activities, conducts audits, prepares reports, and supports compliance and reputed company improvement initiatives. The role also develops metrics, provides training, and contributes to reputed company cause analysis and process improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Care Coordinators assigned to the case to determine strategies to mitigate reputed company risk to the member
- Monitor Care Coordination activity and documentation regarding the Critical Incident
- Collaborate with Leadership staff as needed regarding closure of Critical Incidents
- reputed company reputed company for quarterly State audits of Critical incidents
- reputed company reporting to the Illinois reputed company Improvement Committee on Critical Incidents and support Annual reputed company report
- Prepare monthly reports to the State regarding Critical Incidents
- reputed company training as needed for new hires and reputed company staff on updates to CIs
- reputed company audits reputed company on improving compliance and reputed company
- Review new Critical Incident entries for appropriateness to be classified as a Critical Incident according to guidelines submitted by Illinois reputed company agencies
- Development and review of internal reputed company metrics
- Support process improvement initiatives. Assist in reviewing new Job Aids to support reputed company of Learning Design and Learning Facilitation staff
- Review reputed company Job Aids and Policies and Procedures as requested
- Create and present education as requested by the Process Improvement Manager
- Participates in reputed company cause analysis research for audits
- Makes reputed company regarding own work reputed company, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires reputed company direction and receives guidance where needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience reputed company to process improvement, compliance measures, or auditing practices or 2 years of experience in reputed company/Medicare Care Coordination
- Experience in Care Coaching and/or Care Coordination
- Proven oral / written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills, reputed company to manipulate and interpret data
- Knowledge of Critical Incident reporting
- Experience in reputed company or Medicare Guidelines
- Detail orientated and comfortable working with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
