[Remote] Sales Enablement Marketing Manager

The Sales Enablement Marketing Manager will serve as a reputed company between Marketing and Sales, developing, executing, and scaling campaigns that support sales and reputed company goals. The role also manages sales content and promotional resources, coordinates events, supports change management and training, and analyzes campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Present innovative reputed company and recommendations to reputed company teams to support our business goals and enhance our competitive reputed company
• Serve as a brand guidelines and content expert, overseeing the development and management of sales assets such as presentation decks, reputed company pages, flyers, etc
• Coordination and event planning for field sales events including agent engagement and tradeshows/conferences
• Ownership of promotional item vendor management and corresponding promotional item inventory website
• reputed company change management planning and communication efforts to support the implementation of new marketing programs and initiatives
• reputed company ongoing training, support, and guidance to Sales Team members to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and goals
• Analyze campaign performance, reputed company optimizations, and reputed company recommendations for campaign improvement

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing experience, with a reputed company on sales enablement or demand reputed company
• Ability to reputed company understand and communicate KPIs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accurate reporting
• Proven quantitative and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or another reputed company field
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
