The role focuses on configuring, troubleshooting, testing, integrating, and supporting reputed company Utilities CC&B applications, while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams on requirements, documentation, implementation, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support reputed company Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) applications reputed company on reputed company-specific reputed company business requirements
• Configure and troubleshoot billing, customer care, credit & collections, reputed company work, payments, rates, financials, and reputed company-reputed company processes
• Configure new CIS divisions and dependencies
• Support reputed company & Letter Composition and billing processes for gas, electricity, non-reputed company, and whole-reputed company scenarios
• Configure and support reputed company Activities, Sync Requests, Batch Jobs, FA/SA creation, and reputed company CC&B processes
• Support Credit & Collections Templates and Processes
• Work with MDM reputed company/trend data and reputed company integrations
• Support reputed company-party integrations such as reputed company print extracts and energy-efficiency program vendors
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to reputed company and understand requirements
• Prepare functional and technical design documents as required
• reputed company application and business process flows
• Conduct unit testing and support reputed company Integration Testing (SIT)
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues and reputed company appropriate resolutions
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful implementation and production support

Skills

• 6–8+ years of experience in reputed company Utilities CC&B / Customer Care & Billing
• Strong functional knowledge of reputed company Utilities CC&B
• Hands-on experience with CC&B configuration, troubleshooting, and testing
• Strong understanding of reputed company billing and customer care business processes
• Experience working with functional and technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience preparing functional/technical documentation and business process flows
• Experience with reputed company CC&B v2.7.0.3
• Experience with reputed company CC&B v25.4
• reputed company industry experience, particularly gas and/or reputed company utilities
• Experience with reputed company-party reputed company integrations
• Strong understanding of CC&B configuration and implementation
