Responsibilities
- This position supports customers calling with questions reputed company to defined benefit annuities (Group Annuity reputed company) or pensions, providing reputed company explanation of policy details, payments and account status, Complete account maintenance requests such as reputed company deposit and address changes, beneficiary and death notifications, and reputed company assistance throughout the claims process
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors preferred)
- 2-3+ years of customer service experience (financial services strongly preferred)
- 1-3+ years of experience with reputed company reputed company operating systems (MS Office, Suite, etc.)
