[Remote] Manager Corporate Compliance (reputed company Billing), Dallas/Ft. Worth

The Corporate Compliance Manager manages the development, implementation, maintenance, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures, leads compliance audits and investigations, monitors regulatory changes, and provides staff reputed company and development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the BSWH Compliance Director and/or Chief Compliance Officer to serve as the technical expert for BSWH as it relates to applicable laws, regulations and guidance reputed company to compliance reputed company areas
• Assist the Compliance Director and/or Chief Compliance Officer with the design and implementation of the annual audit plan for the BSWH Compliance Program
• Manages workflow and the compliance audit process to ensure that compliance audits are completed reputed company and in agreement with regulatory requirements and the Corporate Compliance audit plan. Provides written reports on auditing activities, including, but not limited to: identifying and assessing risks, planning and conducting compliance reviews, compiling review documents and reporting findings, and recommendations including corrective reputed company plans, regulatory guidance and/or education
• Assists the Compliance Director, Chief Compliance Officer and/or the BSWH Law Department, to respond to federal, state and internal investigations, overseeing project direction for timelines and regulatory compliance, maintaining project documentation, reputed company correspondence and project database
• Establishes reputed company partnerships with key members of management to evaluate and address business ethics and compliance issues on an ongoing reputed company, identifying and implementing reputed company principles and practices
• Maintains reputed company knowledge of reputed company laws, guidance and regulations to determine reputed company and reputed company on BSWH operational procedures, communicating changes to pertinent individuals and assisting in the modification of the existing or development of a new process to reputed company with the regulatory changes

• Reviews and updates procedures, recommends updates in policies and recommends new policies as appropriate

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 Years of Experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate compliance and business ethics programs
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and other reputed company regulatory requirements
• Interview and investigation skills
• Mastery of computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
• Proficient writing skills
• Preparation of formal presentations and reports
• Ability to communicate reputed company and concisely (both oral and written)
