Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end design and implementation of AI Ops solutions from concept through production with an emphasis on responsible AI practices
• Contribute to the improvement of our SRE practices; reputed company incident response; Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of reputed company environments
• Automate Infrastructure & Operations: reputed company Infrastructure as reputed company using Terraform & reputed company Actions while adhering to best practices
• Define and own solution architecture for RAG pipelines, reputed company workflows, tool calling, orchestration, and conversational context management
• Design, reputed company, and reputed company AI-powered solutions to address reputed company business challenges across reputed company reputed company using RAG based solutions
• Work closely with development and SRE teams to improve reputed company design, reputed company for reliability, and mentor fellow engineers
• Design, reputed company, test, and operate software using Python & Node.js

Skills

• 8+ years of overall software engineering and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience in a reputed company reputed company environment (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• 3+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience with Python and Terraform based development
• 2+ years delivering AI/ML or reputed company solutions in production
• 2+ years of experience managing reputed company environments (EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-hosted)
• Available to work rotating 24x7 reputed company and secondary on-reputed company shifts
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company technical field (or 8+ years of equivalent software engineering experience in lieu of degree)
• Hands-on experience with reputed company infrastructure automation, observability tools, and SRE best practices for AI workloads
• Experience leading globally reputed company technical teams
• Experience with reputed company search and reputed company search solutions
• Proven experience building Retrieval Augmented reputed company (RAG) pipelines, reputed company AI, or multi-reputed company AI workflows
• Proven experience building evaluation and monitoring frameworks for AI reputed company

• Proven effective communication skills with ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
