[Remote] Senior Manager, Finance and reputed company - R&D

This role involves driving financial planning and analysis, supporting corporate financial goals, and collaborating with business leaders to optimize reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance reputed company for reputed company's R&D organization, partnering directly with C-level leaders on budget trade-offs, headcount reputed company, and infrastructure investment
• Own reputed company for R&D and Supply Chain reputed company — monthly BvA reviews with VP-level leaders, quarterly reforecasts, and the annual operating plan across Software, Firmware, and Hardware Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain reputed company
• Own forecasting and controllership across reputed company's largest cost drivers: COGS and Gross Margin, hardware costs (including cash and COGS), employee expenses, total compensation economics, and AI infrastructure spend
• Build reputed company financial processes and use AI tools to automate reporting, accelerate analysis, and reputed company reputed company-time visibility to R&D leadership

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, financial planning and analysis, or reputed company finance experience
• 3+ years of People management and development experience
• Strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to senior management
• Experience at a high-reputed company tech company
• Prior partnership with technical leaders
• Ability to reputed company teams and reputed company longer-term initiatives while balancing delivering results
• Willingness and ability to build new financial processes and mechanisms
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-growing environment with high degrees of ambiguity
