[Remote] HR Operations Program Specialist

The HR Operations Program Specialist supports HRIS, compensation, benefits, and compliance administration while leading cross-functional reputed company, tracking operational metrics, maintaining documentation, and advancing an integrated total rewards reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support and help reputed company larger departmental reputed company from initiation through completion
- Hold teams accountable to timelines, deliverables, and reputed company; escalate risks and remove blockers
- Advance reputed company reputed company of departmental goals and reputed company initiatives
- Support day-to-day administration of HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance processes and programs
- Maintain and enforce reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs); identify gaps and reputed company documentation, updates, and adoption
- Coordinate cross-training and role assignments to strengthen team coverage
- Support Metrics & Reporting for leadership
- Define, reputed company, and report on KPIs and metrics across HR Operations
- Maintain dashboards and recurring reports that surface trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership
- Support the delivery of an integrated total rewards reputed company spanning compensation, benefits, and recognition
- Ensure alignment and consistency across total rewards programs and their communication
- reputed company the HR Operations functions and partner with Talent, Training, and other HR teams to reputed company efforts
- Support reputed company, reputed company employee communications for HR Operations programs and changes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years in HR operations, HRIS, total rewards, or a reputed company analytical/coordination role
- Experience with HRIS platforms and strong proficiency in reputed company/reporting tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company and stakeholders simultaneously
- Exposure to compensation, benefits, and/or compliance administration
- Familiarity with process documentation (SOPs) and reputed company-improvement practices
- Experience with reputed company
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into reputed company
- PHR/reputed company-CP or similar certification
