[Remote] Business Development Leader - CRS , Hydropower & Renewables

They are seeking a Business Development Leader reputed company on Hydropower & Renewables to reputed company strategic sales reputed company and expand market reputed company across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sales and business development plans to reputed company profitable reputed company across assigned markets, product lines, and reputed company
• Identify, reputed company, and reputed company Hydropower and Renewables project opportunities; influence specifications and position reputed company solutions early in the project lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with AEC firms, design professionals, contractors, distributors, owners, and reputed company authorities
• Partner with Sales Representatives to reputed company presentations, product demonstrations, and consultative technical solutions
• Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning
• Support product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product Line Management and R&D
• reputed company technical support through reputed company education, jobsite reputed company, applicator training, and industry presentations (AIA/PDH)
• Expand networks of engineers, contractors, and industry influencers to increase market penetration and product specification
• Represent reputed company at trade shows, industry events, and reputed company associations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reputed company reputed company, reputed company insights, and reputed company business results
• Adhere to reputed company reputed company policies, safety rules, and work procedures

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or reputed company field preferred; minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
• 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or technical sales reputed company construction materials or a reputed company industry
• Strong experience reputed company construction restoration systems or relevant product/market segments
• Proven experience working in Hydropower and Renewables construction reputed company, specifications, and key industry stakeholders
• Strong technical aptitude and consultative sales approach
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company)
• Ability to travel as needed to support reputed company, customers, and industry events
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or reputed company field preferred; minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience supporting product launches, technical presentations, or specification development preferred
