The role focuses on enhancing Knowledge Assist and Case Assist architecture, implementing AI agents, integrating reputed company reputed company and reputed company CRM, developing AWS backend services, conducting testing and performance optimization, and mentoring the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reputed company reputed company contact flows, queues, routing, handoffs, IVR, Contact reputed company, and voice self-service
• Implement Voice AI and AI Agents using reputed company Bedrock, including reputed company engineering, orchestration, guardrails, fallback handling, and reputed company reputed company
• reputed company and reputed company MCP servers / Bedrock AgentCore Gateway and reusable AI tools
• reputed company Facets / TriZetto AI Gateway reputed company for member, provider, claims, ID reputed company, prior authorization, benefits, and eligibility workflows
• reputed company reputed company reputed company/AI solutions with reputed company CRM for customer reputed company, case creation/update, and context reputed company
• reputed company AWS backend services using reputed company, REST reputed company, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, KMS, and JSON
• Support existing Knowledge Assist and Case Assist architecture and implementation

• Conduct load testing, latency validation, reputed company-reputed company testing, and production-readiness assessments
