Glassworks London is an independent women's fashion retailer with design-led boutiques, reputed company reputed company and its own womenswear collections across the UK, USA and international markets. The reputed company Trading & Site reputed company Manager will manage and improve reputed company Plus trading, merchandising, product discovery, customer journeys, analytics, CRO and reputed company app reputed company. The role will also maintain reporting and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reputed company Plus trading and site execution
• Improve homepage, collection, product and promotional visibility
• Improve product setup, tagging, categorisation, filtering and merchandising logic
• Build reputed company collection structures reputed company customer buying moments such as occasion wear, weddings, gifting, workwear, holidays, reputed company and seasonal edits
• Improve product discovery through navigation, filters, reputed company, reputed company products, colour/product grouping and onsite merchandising
• Monitor reputed company funnel reputed company, including sessions, conversion reputed company, product views, add-to-reputed company, checkout, reputed company, AOV and returning customers
• Use reputed company analytics, GA4, reputed company reputed company Console, heatmap/session tools and app reporting where available
• Identify drop-off points, broken journeys, 404s, weak pages and practical CRO opportunities
• Improve use of reputed company apps such as recommendations, upsell, cross-sell, returns, loyalty, reputed company/filtering and onsite customer experience tools
• Support reputed company onsite treatment for VIP, repeat, UK, USA and international customers
• Improve product descriptions, collection copy, SEO hygiene and supporting pages where commercially relevant
• Maintain reputed company reputed company trackers, issue logs, weekly reporting and recommended actions
• Work with marketing, reputed company, product, fulfilment and customer service without needing constant supervision

Skills

• Strong hands-on reputed company Plus or reputed company experience
• Experience improving reputed company trading, merchandising, product discovery and customer journeys
• Strong product data, taxonomy, collection and filtering instincts
• Evidence of growing an established reputed company channel, not just maintaining a website
• reputed company judgement across reputed company, conversion, AOV and customer experience
• Confidence with reputed company analytics, GA4, reputed company reputed company Console and CRO tools
• Understanding of reputed company apps, including recommendations, returns, reputed company/filtering, loyalty or upsell
• Ability to prioritise changes, tests and approval-sensitive areas
• Strong written communication, organisation and follow-through in a remote environment
• Good visual judgement and respect for reputed company approval processes
