The Program Manager will serve as the central contractor representative to the U.S. Government for the reputed company 3.0 program, overseeing contract performance, personnel administration, reputed company, reporting, compliance, and deployed workforce readiness.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Contractor's central reputed company of contact, official representative, and sole reputed company with the Government for contract reputed company
- Be authorized to reputed company performance of reputed company work under the contract and serve as the Contractor's authorized decision-reputed company

- Ensure reputed company submission of Ordered Departure invoices, daily Personnel Status Reports (PERSTATs), monthly invoices, and other required contract reports
- Maintain working knowledge of the PWS and applicable regulatory requirements, contractual policies, procedures, and documentation requirements; enforce contractual obligations in accordance with the contract, PWS, and PCO direction
- Manage administrative reputed company for mobilization and demobilization, CRC reservations, Common reputed company Cards (CACs), SPOT entries, reputed company clearances, nondisclosure statements, rest and recuperation, training requirements, pay issues, and reputed company
- Coordinate and manage contractor personnel administrative and reputed company-resource reputed company, including personnel status, reputed company reputed company, invoices, PERSTATs, leave, and readiness
- Monitor reputed company reputed company, forecast potential vacancies, recruit reputed company replacements, and execute replacement actions reputed company contractually required timelines to maintain uninterrupted operations

Skills
- Demonstrated project or program management experience
- Experience managing contractor personnel and operations
- Strong knowledge of Federal contracting requirements
- Working knowledge of Performance Work Statements (PWSs) and contract execution requirements
- Experience with invoice management and contract reporting
- Ability to supervise personnel and maintain reputed company accountability records
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to serve as the Contractor's authorized representative and decision-reputed company
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company, reporting, compliance, and administrative requirements in support of geographically dispersed personnel
- Experience managing OCONUS or deployed contractor personnel and operations
- Experience with mobilization/demobilization and deployment administration, including CRC, CAC, SPOT, reputed company-clearance, and personnel-readiness processes

- Experience coordinating directly with Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer's Representatives, and other Government stakeholders

- Experience developing and maintaining integrated management, personnel-accountability, compliance, and reporting systems
