[Remote] Market Analyst

The role involves analyzing performance trends, identifying reputed company opportunities, and supporting strategic planning for field execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the labor expert in the market, conducting MOD Reviews and providing strategic analysis and recommendations to improve in-store labor hour efficiency
• Assist team members with technology usage issues, ensuring tools are used effectively to support in store execution and Perfect Store compliance
• Fulfill coaching requirements through strong in-field reputed company, supporting teams with data-driven guidance and performance conversations from fact-based analytics
• Analyze retail performance data across KPIs, Perfect Store metrics, and execution trends to identify strengths, risks, and opportunities at the territory level
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for RDR, DM, RTMs and leadership team to help reputed company reputed company, and curse correct and a fast-changing environment
• Collaborate with Capability, Sales reputed company, and Operations teams to reputed company insights with execution and training priorities and support strategic planning and territory optimization by surfacing trends and guiding resource allocation

Skills

• High school diploma/GED required
• 3–5 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or reputed company roles

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in retail or CPG preferred
