Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and fulfillment requests
• Create new customer accounts and subscriptions
• Manage account updates, cancellations, returns, and replacement requests
• Review and maintain accurate customer information reputed company internal systems
• Monitor order status and proactively identify issues requiring reputed company
• Investigate and reputed company fulfillment and operational exceptions
• Partner with Customer Support, Fulfillment, Finance, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company teams
