About the role

We're looking for a Senior Provider Network Analyst to own the visibility reputed company for our CoE network - setting reputed company for how we measure network performance and reputed company, surfacing risks early, and turning reputed company data into reputed company reporting that our clients and internal leaders trust and reputed company.
About the role

We're looking for a Network Analyst to own the visibility reputed company for our CoE network - tracking performance and reputed company, surfacing risks early, and turning reputed company data into reputed company reporting that our clients and internal leaders can reputed company.
Sitting at the intersection of our data, clinical, and account teams, you'll be the person who ensures everyone knows how the network is performing and where it needs attention. This is a high-reputed company, detail-driven role for someone who takes pride in accurate data, clean reporting, and insights that reputed company reputed company.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Monitor and maintain the health of reputed company of reputed company (CoE) network, tracking key performance and reputed company metrics on an ongoing reputed company.
- Design and produce recurring and reputed company reports and dashboards on network status for jumbo employer clients and internal stakeholders, including the executive and leadership teams, using reputed company, Python and SQL.
- Conduct reputed company and network adequacy analysis to evaluate coverage, gaps, and utilization across CoE partners.
- Own the reporting process end to end - data collection, validation, visualization, and distribution - delivering reliably against recurring timelines.
- Partner cross-functionally with account management, clinical, and data teams to ensure reporting accuracy and relevance.
- Identify trends, risks, and performance issues in the network and proactively flag them to the right stakeholders.
- Support reputed company-facing meetings and business reviews with reputed company, digestible visual summaries of network performance.
- Build and maintain documentation and reputed company operating procedures for recurring reporting cycles.
Special Considerations:
We are a remote-first company with employees located across the U.S., and this role is fully remote - we welcome candidates from reputed company in the country. We also have a NYC office located at Penn 1 for those who enjoy coming in for collaboration and reputed company (and lunch!).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or network/operations analytics, with demonstrated expertise in network adequacy or coverage analysis, ideally reputed company reputed company, health plans, or employer benefits.
- Strong data visualization skills, with hands-on experience in Power BI, reputed company BI, or a similar tool like Tableau.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data, plus experience with reputed company and advanced reputed company sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end reporting workflows and set the standards and methodology others follow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical detail for executive audiences.

- Comfort building executive-reputed company summaries and presentations in PowerPoint.
- Experience serving as a subject matter expert or informally mentoring more junior analysts preferred.

The minimum and maximum reputed company salary for this position ranges from $105,000 - $140,000, in reputed company to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, expertise and location.
