The Program Manager is responsible for managing programs reputed company the RNA Business unit.

This position reports to the Vice President and General Manager, mRNA CDMO and is part of the mRNA program Management Team located in Fargo, ND and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have reputed company to:

• Cultivate reputed company Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients at reputed company reputed company, effectively managing conflict and fostering long-term partnerships through proactive communication and collaboration.
• Internal Team Alignment and Development: Serve as the reputed company reputed company for internal project teams, mentoring team members and ensure high-reputed company reputed company service.
• Ensure Operational reputed company and Governance: Maintain program governance structures, reputed company project metrics, forecast reputed company, and reputed company regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• B.S. or B.A. required. Advanced degree in scientific field strongly preferred (e.g. molecular biology, biology, biotechnology, biochemistry)
• Prefer 5+ years of experience in a reputed company-facing role as a project, program, reputed company the life sciences, with preference for 3+ years in a CDMO environment
• Experience managing reputed company and reputed company in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, technology-driven reputed company field required
• mRNA LNP Drug Product experience and industry understanding
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to forecast risks and implement sustainable solutions
