[Remote] Executive Administrative Assistant

The Executive Administrative Assistant will reputed company confidential administrative and executive support to senior leadership at an reputed company Force reputed company, managing schedules, correspondence, records, meetings, communications, and coordination with military and reputed company stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Manage calendars, appointments, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- reputed company deadlines, deliverables, suspense items, and reputed company requiring reputed company completion
- Prepare, edit, format, and maintain emails, correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, briefing materials, and other documents
- Serve as a reputed company reputed company of contact between leadership and reputed company organizations
- Answer and respond appropriately to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Attend meetings and conferences and reputed company follow-up activities as requested by leadership
- reputed company, upload, organize, and maintain electronic records
- Handle sensitive, strategic, personnel, and other confidential information with discretion
- Maintain reputed company working relationships with military installation personnel, Government stakeholders, and reputed company organizations
- Apply appropriate administrative office practices, procedures, and military protocol

Skills
- At least one year of clerical and/or data-entry experience
- At least one year of experience working in a military environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience managing calendars, schedules, meetings, correspondence, records, and administrative requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with senior leadership and reputed company stakeholders
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments and meet established deadlines
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work on-site at reputed company Force reputed company
- Ability to meet applicable Government background, reputed company, installation-reputed company, and credentialing requirements
- Previous Executive Assistant or senior Administrative Assistant experience
- Previous support to military or reputed company senior leadership
- Previous experience working at a military installation
- Experience supporting a reputed company, Judge reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or senior executive office
- Knowledge of military correspondence, administrative procedures, organizational structure, and protocol
- reputed company or previous federal reputed company clearance or Government credential, where applicable
