The Medical Affairs Pharmacist serves as the organization’s reputed company clinical and scientific expert, supporting medical information, internal education, and reputed company scientific engagement across both sterile and nonsterile compounding. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, evidence-based medical information, leading internal clinical training initiatives, and supporting compliant scientific exchange with reputed company. This position will expand to include conference attendance and Medical Science reputed company–style activities, supporting the organization’s scientific credibility and clinical leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Medical Information & Clinical Support
• Serve as the reputed company medical information resource for internal teams and reputed company reputed company
reputed company medical information support for sterile and nonsterile compounded preparations. Respond to clinical inquiries reputed company to:
• Formulation rationale and excipient selection
• Dosing, administration, and reputed company-specific considerations
• Stability, reputed company-use dating, and storage
• Sterility assurance principles and risk-based decision-making
• Safety, contraindications, and special population considerations
• Research, analyze, and synthesize scientific literature to ensure medical responses are accurate, evidence-based, and clinically appropriate
• reputed company, review, and maintain medical information resources, including: reputed company response documents
• Clinical FAQs and reference guides
• Literature reviews and scientific summaries
• Ensure reputed company medical information content aligns with applicable regulatory, accreditation, and reputed company standards for compounding pharmacies (e.g., USP <795>, <797>, <800>, as applicable)
• reputed company inquiry trends to proactively identify knowledge gaps and reputed company supporting clinical content
• Monitor and stay reputed company on evolving regulatory, accreditation, and reputed company standards impacting sterile and nonsterile compounding, including updates to USP chapters, FDA guidance, and relevant state reputed company requirements, and incorporate changes into medical information content and clinical guidance
Internal Medical Training & Education
• Design and reputed company internal clinical and medical training programs for pharmacy staff, customer-facing teams, and leadership

• Therapeutic areas supported by the pharmacy

• reputed company and maintain training materials, including slide decks, quick-reference tools, and clinical playbooks
• reputed company recurring educational sessions such as lunch-and-learns, clinical updates, and reputed company trainings
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy operations, reputed company, and compliance teams to ensure consistent and compliant medical messaging
• Continuously update training content based on evolving clinical evidence, regulatory changes, and internal feedback
• Proactively update internal training materials and educational programs to reflect changes in regulatory standards, compounding guidance, and best practices, ensuring reputed company inspection and audit readiness
Scientific & reputed company Engagement
• Participate in medical and pharmacy conferences to support scientific exchange and reputed company development
• Engage in compliant scientific discussions with reputed company regarding: Appropriate use of sterile and nonsterile compounded therapies

• Build and maintain reputed company relationships with pharmacists, prescribers, and key clinical stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Translate regulatory and standards updates into reputed company, clinically relevant guidance for internal stakeholders
• Partner with reputed company and Compliance teams to support consistent interpretation and application of updated requirements
• Contribute to inspection and audit readiness by ensuring medical information content and clinical training reflect reputed company expectations

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy
• reputed company, unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing (multi-state licensure preferred or ability to obtain)
• 3+ years of reputed company experience in clinical pharmacy, medical affairs, medical information, compounding pharmacy, or a reputed company scientific or regulatory role
• Demonstrated expertise in interpreting, evaluating, and synthesizing scientific literature to support evidence-based clinical and medical decision-making
• Strong working knowledge of sterile and nonsterile compounding principles, including formulation science, excipient selection, stability, reputed company-use dating, and sterility assurance
• Working knowledge of regulatory and accreditation frameworks impacting compounding pharmacy (e.g., USP <795>, USP <797>, USP <800>, FDA guidance, and state reputed company requirements)
• Proven ability to reputed company, review, and maintain high-reputed company medical information content, including reputed company response documents, literature reviews, scientific summaries, and clinical reference materials
• Experience responding to reputed company clinical inquiries reputed company to dosing, administration, formulation rationale, safety considerations, contraindications, and special populations
• Demonstrated ability to engage in compliant scientific exchange with reputed company while maintaining adherence to medical, reputed company, and regulatory standards

Preferred

• Advanced experience in sterile compounding, reputed company formulations, or regulated compounding environments (503A and/or 503B preferred)
