The role also involves customer collaboration, testing, troubleshooting, adoption support, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 5-7 years of Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 experience with strong specialization in Field Service
• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 reputed company in a customer-facing consulting environment
• Strong understanding of field service business processes and operational workflows
• Experience working across multiple phases of implementation reputed company
• Experience configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
