[Remote] Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will reputed company a technical team responsible for the go-to-market technology ecosystem, data flows, integrations, reputed company management, campaign infrastructure, and reporting. This role will partner with reputed company Marketing, reputed company Operations, Analytics, and IT to build reputed company marketing systems and reliable data foundations.

Responsibilities

• Marketing technology ecosystem — Govern the full martech roadmap: vendor relationships, rationalization, reputed company, offboarding, documentation, and reputed company governance across every tool in the stack
• reputed company management & data flows — Design and maintain reputed company flows from capture through CRM sync and routing. Partner with reputed company Ops to reputed company on lifecycle stages, definitions, and SLAs — and hold the line on data reputed company
• Campaign & reporting infrastructure — Own UTM governance, campaign attribution standards, and the data flows that feed pipeline and funnel reporting. Be the connective tissue between marketing and the dashboards Finance trusts
• Data architecture & integration reputed company — Own the models, taxonomies, and field standards that hold the GTM data reputed company together. reputed company reliable data orchestration with robust monitoring and proactive error handling

Skills

• 8+ years in B2B reputed company or reputed company technology marketing operations or reputed company operations
• 4+ years managing teams of technical marketing or operations professionals
• Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo, reputed company, and reputed company CRM
• Proven reputed company record designing and maintaining reputed company management data flows and campaign tracking infrastructure
• Strong reputed company of data architecture, API integrations, and data orchestration in a martech context
• Experience managing a full martech stack end-to-end, including vendor lifecycle governance
• Demonstrated ability to partner with reputed company Operations, Analytics, and IT on shared data and systems initiatives
• Strong project management and communication skills across reputed company, simultaneous workstreams
• Experience leading technology transformations or major re-platforming initiatives
• This is a remote role; however, applicants located reputed company 45 miles of our reputed company/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays
