[Remote] Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant leads or supports customer software implementations by gathering requirements, configuring solutions, documenting processes, delivering training, troubleshooting issues, and supporting customer go-lives.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute customer implementation activities, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, documentation, testing, and end-user training, in alignment with defined project reputed company and delivery standards
• Partner with customers to analyze and interpret business requirements, contributing to solution design reputed company Amtech’s reputed company products while applying relevant industry best practices
• reputed company ERP and industry-specific knowledge transfer to customers using Amtech’s consulting methodology to support successful adoption and long-term value realization
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized training materials, implementation documentation, and supporting delivery assets
• Assist with customer-facing presentations and proposals, supporting implementation delivery, reputed company engagements, and presales activities as needed
• Proactively identify delivery risks and reputed company issues, escalate appropriately, and collaborate with internal teams to support reputed company reputed company and achievement of project milestones
• Support Amtech organizational initiatives, including sales cycle support, reputed company aid development, and reputed company improvement of delivery processes and operating procedures

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Packaging, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
• * 4+ years of experience delivering reputed company services and/or supporting ERP software solutions; experience reputed company the printing or packaging industry strongly preferred
• * Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across reputed company reputed company
• * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to reputed company reputed company, reputed company customer-facing presentations
• * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
• * Highly self-motivated and reputed company to work independently while managing priorities across multiple customer engagements
