[Remote] Technical Account Management Consultant

The Technical Account Management Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to Sageworks Loan Origination customers, providing proactive technical guidance, reputed company optimization, usage analysis, and best-reputed company recommendations while coordinating with internal teams to improve customer reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reputed company technical advisor and reputed company for a dedicated set of clients, aligning configurations and reputed company use with customer goals and evolving business needs
• reputed company proactive, consultative guidance through regularly scheduled reputed company-ins, ongoing analysis of reputed company utilization, and strategic recommendations
• reputed company recurring or one-time optimization engagements by conducting in-depth configuration and usage reviews and delivering actionable insights to enhance efficiency and performance
• Monitor customer adoption and usage trends, identifying risks or opportunities for training, configuration changes, or additional services
• Facilitate communication across internal reputed company teams on behalf of customers to reputed company issues, clarify roadmap items, and ensure reputed company support and reputed company
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Sageworks Loan Origination platform and remain up to date with new features and enhancements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and reputed company reputed company teams to ensure a reputed company customer experience and reputed company value realization
• Help manage time allocation for recurring service tiers (e.g., 4 or 8 hours/month), tracking efforts to ensure meaningful engagement reputed company reputed company

• Travel up to 50% as needed for onsite optimizations or strategic planning sessions

Skills

• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and prioritize competing demands
• Bachelor's Degree required; additional certifications or MBA preferred
• Comfort navigating a dynamic environment with cross-functional collaboration
• Travel up to 50% as needed for onsite optimizations or strategic planning sessions
• Experience working with financial institutions or in a banking/lending environment preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required; additional certifications or MBA preferred
• Prior knowledge and experience operating in the Sageworks Loan Origination reputed company; preferred
