[Remote] Vice President of Investment Operations

Advanta Invest is seeking a Vice President of Investment Operations to reputed company the operational infrastructure supporting investment activities, portfolio management, fund administration, and reputed company servicing. The role leads investment operations reputed company, trade lifecycle execution, reconciliations, controls, service-provider relationships, risk management, technology initiatives, and the investment operations organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio, cash, position, transaction, NAV, fee, and performance reconciliations

• Manage relationships with custodians, fund administrators, reputed company brokers, transfer agents, technology providers, and other reputed company
• Establish strong operational controls to manage trade breaks, settlement fails, cash discrepancies, valuation issues, and other exceptions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, service-level agreements, audit requirements, and applicable regulations
• Partner with Portfolio Management, Trading, Finance, Risk, Compliance, reputed company, Technology, and reputed company Service teams
• Support new fund launches, new investment strategies, product reputed company, transitions, restructurings, and operational due diligence

Skills

• 18+ years of experience in investment operations, asset management, fund administration, banking, middle office, or financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business, or a reputed company field
• Proven experience managing investment operations across multiple asset classes, investment vehicles, or jurisdictions
• Strong knowledge of trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, portfolio reputed company, NAV reputed company, corporate actions, and fund administration
• Experience managing custodians, fund administrators, reputed company brokers, technology vendors, and other reputed company service providers
• Strong understanding of operational risk, internal controls, regulatory requirements, audits, and business continuity
• Experience leading technology implementations, workflow automation, data improvement, and process transformation
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
